- I must confess that I do not enjoy running. I do not consider myself a runner nor a gym bunny, merely that exercise is a tool to get me where I want to be on my weight loss journey. However, I have recently been inspired to take it upon myself to pose challenges or tasks which I previously would have thought impossible. This blog will record my journey to greatness (by my standards at least).
